1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Bloomlet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
Bloomlet is intended for parents and caregivers. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and Apple account credentials.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Bloomlet is a tracking and educational tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
- Bloomlet offers optional in-app purchases and subscription products.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Any free trial terms are shown in-app and in App Store product information where applicable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of Bloomlet is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All Bloomlet content, branding, and software rights are reserved by Bloomlet and its licensors, except as required by applicable law.
8. Service Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloomlet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bloomlet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
10. Termination
You may stop using Bloomlet at any time. You may also delete your account in-app at Settings -> Account -> Delete Account & Data.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
